At Vinilo Record Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your vinyl arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with the shrink wrap intact unless a defect is found during playback.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure the Vinyl

  Carefully pack the records in their original reinforced mailer or a similar sturdy box to ensure they are protected from warping or cracking during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
